Become an important part of our production and testing operations As a manager of the test unit within routine testing, you have a work environment responsibility for our test halls and you are responsible for ensuring that the staff has the right training, equipment to be able to carry out the work safely. Our test halls are a high-tech workplace that is rare in Sweden and is an important part of ensuring product quality. You interact continuously with the test leaders and together you are responsible for ensuring that we carry out our tests according to plan and in a safe way. You work continuously with planning, projects and production in order to create the right conditions for your staff and that the implementation of the tests takes place in accordance with the delivery plans. Through close collaboration with other departments, you create the best conditions for efficient and sustainable testing, which in turn contributes to our success. You will be responsible for about 15-25 people and report to the workshop manager. Your main tasks are: - Ensure a good and safe working environment - Ensure that we have the right skills in place - Plan staffing to be able to produce according to plan - Budget responsibility - Development of ACPD and DC testing - Ensure machine maintenance Determined and collaborative leader Your ability to engage and motivate employees is an important quality to succeed in this role.
