Become an important part of our production As a Production Supervisor with us, you are responsible for planning, leading and distributing work in our production. Through close cooperation with other departments, you create the best conditions for efficient and sustainable production. You will be responsible for about 20-30 people and report to the workshop manager. Your main tasks are: - Ensure a good and safe working environment - Ensure that we have the right skills in place - Plan staffing to be able to produce according to plan - Budget responsibility - Development of production - Ensuring machine maintenance Determined and collaborative leader Your ability to engage and motivate employees is an important quality for success in this role.
