Our Production Engineering department needs reinforcement and is now looking for a new colleague who wants to work with support, optimization and development of our machinery. Machine safety, improvements and development As a Production Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for our modern machinery. You work with four focus areas; HSE, operations, improvements and development and your task is to develop machines and working methods with safety, productivity and quality in focus. We support the production lines and provide line-specific tools as well as instructions. HSE is our top priority and a lot of focus is put on preventing and minimizing the risks in our production and conducting risk assessments. Improving productivity and availability in production is another priority area in this role. The position involves a lot of collaboration with other departments, you are involved in some development projects and also have responsibility for smaller investment projects. Your main tasks: * Preventive HSE work and innovation in machine safety * Development and quality improvements * Preparation of operations * Optimization of machines and working methods * Investment projects * Documentation, financial calculations and quotation procedure Structured and innovative problem solver To thrive in the role of production technician, you have a natural interest in solving your tasks in a structured and creative way. You have the ability to handle several different tasks in parallel and thrive in an organization with periodically high workload and high demands on delivery and quality. You are a strong team player who contributes to maintaining our good cooperation and climate both within the department as well as in the rest of the organization.
