Boost efficiency and quality in asset management  In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the functions under your leadership are set up and functioning efficiently to support our priorities, with the functions being: * Warehouse management with a focus on safe warehouse operations, efficiency in way of working, quality, and optimization. * Resource management (which incl. management of our Jointer workforce) with focus on meeting NKT’s standards for safety and quality while ensuring a high level of engagement, a collaborative and solution oriented mindset at all levels * Ensure high-quality training within the department and facility. * Size the Jointer pool to meet internal and external customer needs. * Act as a role model for corporate shared beliefs and cost-consciousness. You will report to the VP, Head of S&I onshore Northern Europe, and be based in Karlskrona. Travel is generally not expected.
