Your tasks As a summer worker in production at NKT, you will play an important role in our production of high-voltage cables. You will manage and monitor various machines, ensure that production runs smoothly and perform quality checks. The work is largely independent but you will also work closely with your colleagues. We are looking for you who are responsible, communicative and have a good ability to cooperate with others. Your curiosity, accuracy and ability to spread positive energy are qualities we value highly. The working hours are 5 shifts/2 shifts/daytime which requires you to be able to adapt to varying working hours, including night and weekend work. Requirements and qualifications: * Be 18 years of age or older. * Strong technical interest. * Good knowledge of the Swedish language, especially with regard to safety. * Ability to work on your own but also as part of a team and take your own initiative. * Good computer skills. * B driving license. The working period during the summer extends from week v.25 - v.32 and is mandatory. To be hired, you need to undergo and pass the necessary requirement training for the machine line you are assigned, such as forklift and traverse training. As part of the recruitment process, we conduct drug and alcohol tests and extracts from the criminal record. Meritorious qualifications: * You have one or more of the following trainings: fall protection, hot work, traverse, skylift or forklift. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
