Develop, motivate and engage As a Supervisor at NKT, your leadership skills will take center stage. You will lead a skilled team of operators on your shift and ensure that resources, including people, machines and materials, are used optimally according to the established planning. This role will give you the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills. You will be based in Karlskrona. Your responsibilities will be to: - Ensure that the work is conducted according to NKT's values for safety, quality and delivery - Utilize resources (people, machines and materials) efficiently - Act as a link between customer projects and production when needed - Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and agreements Inspiring and committed supervisor To succeed and thrive as a supervisor, you will have previous experience of managing staff, good experience of production and an ability to engage and motivate employees. You are skilled at supporting situations with a positive attitude in a global environment and have the skills to give feedback with a good sense of how to deal with different individuals. As a leader, you are clear about goals and expectations. You have an interest in technology and problem solving and are happy to participate in discussions and conversations.
