Job description In the role of Electrical Test Leader, you are responsible for performing tests in our high-voltage laboratory, a high-tech workplace that is rare in Sweden. The tests are performed on various cable systems both towards customers and R&D projects. As a test leader, you ensure that the testing is carried out in accordance with the applicable test plan and standards. You are responsible for your test halls/test sites and that all test equipment works and is calibrated. You are the one who makes sure that everything is in its place, done in the right way - and with an eye for development you see opportunities for continuous improvement and investment. You lead a team of experienced fitters who perform the actual test connection, as well as plan and document the tests performed in test protocols and control cards, keeping time sheets in phase and well updated.
