Then we are looking for you! Job description In the role of Electrical Test Manager, you are responsible for performing tests in our high-voltage laboratory with associated test halls. It is a high-tech workplace that is rare in Sweden. The tests are performed on various cable systems both for customers and R&D projects. As a test leader, you ensure that the testing is carried out in accordance with the applicable test plan and standards. You are responsible for your test halls/test sites and that all test equipment works and is calibrated. You are the one who makes sure that everything is in its place, done in the right way - and with an eye for development you see opportunities for continuous improvement and investment. You manage teams of experienced fitters who perform the actual test connection. You plan and document the tests performed in test protocols and control cards, and keep time sheets in phase and well updated. Your role includes planning, implementing, communicating and ensuring that our tests are carried out safely and the impact on the environment is minimal. You work actively with the planning, projects and production in order to create the right conditions for the implementation of safe samples in accordance with the delivery plans.
