Our digital services account for almost 90% of Norsk Tipping's turnover and are used by more than two million customers. Now we're looking for an experienced UX/UI designer or service designer to help make their user experience even better. At Norsk Tipping, design is part of our core business, not just a visual layer. What will you do with us?

You will play an important role in shaping our digital customer encounters. Your responsibility will be to shape great user experiences and customer journeys, and to help provide effective and intuitive digital solutions. As a designer with us, you will be part of a strong professional environment where insight and user experience are at the center. You will work in an interdisciplinary product team throughout the design process - from insight work and prototyping to the finished solution.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who:

  • Have a higher relevant education and experience in UX/UI/interaction design or service design
  • Enjoy change - you are curious and open to new ways of working.
  • Driven by creating great user experiences and curious about new technology
  • Have sharp design skills and a good understanding of interaction design
  • See holistic customer journeys and work to make them as seamless as possible
  • Work insight-based and believe that prototyping and user testing as a matter of course
  • Has expertise in accessibility and WCAG
  • Thrives in agile development environments and knows how design best interacts with technology
  • Is a team player who also dares to challenge when needed
