About the role:

As an Instrument Technician, you are part of the Electrical and Instrumentation department, which is in turn part of the Maintenance department.

As an Instrument Technician, you will work to maintain the refinery's production availability through preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of control and instrumentation equipment. You work closely with the operations organization where you support electricians, mechanics and automation engineers to achieve good results together.

You are responsible for carrying out service work, troubleshooting and renovation of the equipment located at the refinery. Furthermore, we see that you show commitment and willingness to continue working for quality and environmental improvement measures both within and outside your own areas of responsibility. In the role, you have great opportunity to develop your knowledge in the electrical and instrument areas in order to be able to work in the entire case chain in the long term.

Nynas is a 24/7 business, which also means readiness in the evenings, nights and weekends where the readiness is organized according to a rolling schedule. The location is Nynäshamn. This means that you should then, within about 30 minutes, be able to report on site. (You start with readiness after approx. 6 - 9 months when you have gotten into the routines).

In addition to the above, we also see that you have:

- Secondary education with a technical focus, for example in control engineering, electronics, automation or similar or equivalent work experience. Advantage if you have experience in the process industry.

- Knowledge in control and regulation technology, meritorious if you have knowledge in electricity

- Ability to read process diagrams, electrical drawings and technical documentation

- Knowledge of instrument valves is an advantage

- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

- B-driving license
