About the position
We are looking for an accountant with a strong sense of service in the job of handling payments and expense invoices. You will be part of a dedicated team that supports and provides high-quality service to our Nordic end customers.
The Bank Cash team is a Nordic team and currently consists of eight people. Bank Cash is part of the Finance team which is divided into four groups with respective group managers.
Duties:
- Work with the process for purchase orders and cost invoices
- Process the company's payments
- Support the business in matters related to the process for cost invoices and payments, mainly via me
- Be involved in the monthly closing process
The position is full-time, fixed-term 6 months until the end of May 2025 with a high possibility of extension.
Location: Siemens FS office in Umeå city.

Requirements:
- An ongoing education in, or have a Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
- It is an advantage if you have worked in various business systems, have experience from accounting work and handling supplier invoices.

As a person, you are structured and have the ability to handle challenges. Furthermore, you are communicative and service-oriented, you have the ability to communicate clearly and with a good sense of detail and accuracy.
