About the service

We are looking for a committed and structured administrator for our team in Umeå. In the role, you will mainly work with processing and administration in our bankruptcies, corporate reorganizations and business law cases, where you will be an important part of ensuring efficient and correct case management. The tasks also include general office duties. With us, you are offered a broad, independent and responsible role in close cooperation with your colleagues.

Your main tasks
  • Accounting in bankruptcies: Preparation of current accounts, declarations and financial statements.
  • Personnel administration in bankruptcies and reorganizations: Handling of personnel administration matters in bankruptcies, handling of employment, salary and holiday issues and preparation of salary guarantee decisions.
  • Communication with stakeholders: Contacts with clients, authorities, creditors, bankruptcy debtors, and other stakeholders.
  • Administrative management of cases: Mail management, management and drafting of case-related documents, record keeping of accounting information handled.
  • Document management: Prepare, manage and archive case files.
  • Planning and coordination: Plan, book and manage meetings, lectures and conferences. Assisting the lawyer in charge with coordination on cases. Perform general office duties.

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in similar tasks and are interested in finance, administration and law. You are likely to have a post-secondary education in economics or law, but this is not a requirement. To succeed in the role, you are an experienced user of MS Office and have good knowledge of financial and/or payroll systems and experience of working in accounting programs. You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and have a good level of English. We value independence, accuracy, structure and the ability to communicate and collaborate with your colleagues. Your flexibility and the fact that you thrive in a rapidly changing environment are important qualities to thrive in the role with us.
