In the role of Deputy Sales Manager , you will be a support for the Sales Manager and step in for him or her when needed. This involves motivating, coaching and supporting staff, administrative tasks, but also cashier and store work. The position is permanent at 85% with access according to agreement.

You will, among other things:

• Be responsible for sales targets and actively participate in running campaigns and activities
• Ensure a high level of customer care and service by guiding and inspiring the team
• Support the store manager in managing the store's operations and staff
• Work operationally on everything from cashier work to stock picking and food handling
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure working environment

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will work shift work. The station is open on weekdays from 06:00 to 21:00 and on weekends from 08:00 to 21:00.

• Sales and customer service, preferably from a retail environment or other similar business
• Food handling is an advantage, as is local knowledge of Västerbotten
• Leadership, either from working life or non-profit contexts, where you have demonstrated a good ability to motivate and develop others
• B-driving license
