About the position:
As CEO of AnVa Components in Kalix, you will lead and develop the business by ensuring profitability, efficient production and strong customer relations. You will be responsible for budget, personnel, production, work environment, delivery and strategic planning. In your role, you will report directly to the CEO and be part of a management team and a broad group-wide network, where you are expected to actively contribute to the group's overall strategies and development. With a clear market orientation, curiosity and long-term goals, we want you to drive business and develop relationships with both current and new customers.
Your profile:
Your mission as CEO is to manage and develop the expertise and production of the business through business thinking and active relationship building. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of AnVa over time and who strategically looks to the future, sets ambitious goals and has the ability to motivate others to get there. To succeed in your mission, you need good self-awareness and stability, with a logistical mindset that allows you to calmly handle large flows. We want your leadership to be characterized by an active presence, energy and commitment in the daily work, where you, together with highly qualified staff, lead the business towards excellent results.
To be considered for the position, you need to have experience from leading roles in the manufacturing industry combined with a solid technical understanding, which allows you to navigate in a complex production environment and make informed decisions that promote both business development and efficiency. We look for you to be results-oriented and have the ability to identify and drive initiatives that lead to success, together with your colleagues. It is important that you have a good ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, both within the organization and with external parties. You also have good communication skills and can easily speak and write in both Swedish and English.

The position is a full-time, permanent position and we would like to see you start in the beginning of 2025. We offer a competitive salary with bonus opportunities as well as benefits such as company car, wellness allowance and health insurance. Travel within Sweden may occur (approximately one day per month), mainly for customer visits.
