Do you want to lead a finance department in a high-tech and world-leading company?

Here you will have a leading and advisory role to the company's CEO and management team. As CFO, you will lead the company's finance department of three people and be responsible for financing, forecasting, budgeting and ongoing accounting and annual reporting. The CFO reports directly to the company's CEO and is the finance department's representative in the company's management team.

• Responsibility for producing reports and documentation for management and board work.

• Responsibility for budget summaries.

• Develop and maintain the company's processes and procedures in ERP systems.

• Development responsibility for financial reporting, follow-up and presentation.

• Assist other departments with cost follow-ups and proposals in order to improve the company's profitability.

• Always look out for the company's best interests and together with the management team be involved and drive management issues outside their own area of activity.

We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. The right candidate is flexible, has good communication skills and expresses themselves well in speech and writing in Swedish and English. You are structured, businesslike and have an ability to develop good and long-term relationships with your surroundings. You promote a positive spirit and a good working environment and organize, plan and manage work in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and other requirements that affect the business. You have a good ability to work both independently and in a team.
To succeed in the role, you have experience of leading a finance function and experience of strategy, change and development work. You have an academic degree with a focus on finance and accounting. Meritorious for the position is if you have knowledge in group accounting.
