Your role with us

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will mainly work with helping and supporting our customers in various matters. This may include order and claim management as well as administration of various kinds. Your everyday life is characterized by close customer contact via telephone, e-mail, EDI and web channels. You will handle both corporate and private customers.

You will work in our modern and pleasant premises in Umestan's business park together with a committed and close-knit team. Here we value well-being and development - we believe that an inspiring work environment promotes both innovation and high-quality customer service.

On hiring, you will of course receive the introduction / training you need to be able to perform the work in the best way.

Location: Tarkett's office in Umeå
Position: Full-time, until further notice

Your main tasks
  • Manage orders and complaints
  • Administration and updating of customer information
  • Support to our customers regarding products and services
About you

The most important thing for us is that you are genuinely interested and want to do that little extra to provide the best possible service. As a person, you enjoy change and can also motivate others to innovate. To succeed, we believe that you are confident, self-driven and responsible, and that you have the ability to see new solutions.

We would like you to have

  • At least upper secondary education
  • Experience from customer service, service or support work
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
  • Knowledge of the Office package and experience of working with various digital tools

Meritatory if you also have

  • Experience in e-commerce, digital communication or SAP business systems
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Services Act, the Consumer Purchase Act and ABM07
