The service?

You will work with order and complaint management where you administer, follow up with customers and in consultation with salespeople and colleagues ensure efficient product delivery. You work in a lovely team and handle incoming cases mainly by phone, email and the internal case management system.

The team has its focus on order administration and to succeed in the role, you as a person should be administrative, structured and careful as well as solution-oriented. The service suits you who have a positive attitude towards change and a desire to constantly develop in your role, you thrive in a work climate characterized by forward thinking, community and short decision paths.

As a person, you are open, have a proactive approach and thrive on working both in a group and on your own. Furthermore, you are driven and service-oriented and always look out for the customer's best interests. You also have a good habit of working in a structured, administrative and thorough manner. We see that you

  • Have experience of working in customer service, sales support and / or sales.
  • Experience working with case management systems
  • Basic knowledge of the Office package and Excel.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Advantageous for the service

  • Experience in complaint management.
  • Driving license and access to own car

Working hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00
Scope: Full-time employment
