About the position

As a finance manager at AnVa Components, you report directly to the CEO and you will be a key person in our financial work. Your tasks include everything from invoice management, monthly accounts to controller work. You will work with two annual forecasts as well as budget and follow-up. An important part of the role is to contribute to the change of business system. In the role of financial manager, you will have the opportunity to work broadly, both with operational and strategic tasks, as well as being a support to the CEO and the management team. You will be offered an independent role with great freedom to influence and make a difference in a committed and knowledgeable work environment.

Your background

We are looking for you who have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have several years of experience as an economist, preferably from manufacturing companies. You are used to working with customer / supplier ledgers, current accounting, preparing monthly accounts, calculations and you have experience of acting as a sounding board for the CEO and participating in management team work. You are a curious and independent person who enjoys working with varied tasks, is unpretentious, driven and has a down-to-earth attitude. You are a team player who takes personal responsibility and likes to influence and drive improvements. Knowledge of IT systems is an advantage.
