About the role of HR Manager

As HR Manager at Sparbanken Tanum, you will have a key role in driving and developing our human resources issues, while contributing to the bank's digital and strategic development. The role is broad and dynamic, with great opportunities to influence. You are expected to work both strategically and operationally, which includes both issues in areas such as skills supply, gender equality, diversity and inclusion, commitment, reward, well-being and rehabilitation as well as union relations.

Some of your responsibilities:

  • Personnel administration: Ensure that routines and documentation for personnel issues are in place, create clarity around development opportunities and support recruitment processes.
  • Supporting people and creating culture: Provide support to managers and employees in all HR matters - from recruitment to termination - and work to maintain a workplace culture of openness, trust and engagement.
  • Digitization: Lead and participate in projects to modernize and streamline our work processes, and secure our systems.
  • Project support and internal development: Contribute to the Bank's improvement work and future development projects.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are both strategic and operational, with the ability to handle a broad role in a smaller organization. You are solution-oriented, flexible and have a strong drive for both people and digitalization. Your drive and commitment mean that you naturally take your place in ongoing projects, where you responsively contribute and support where needed. The role requires that you can handle a versatile and varied everyday life, where you move between strategic decisions and operational tasks.

You have:

  • Education: At least three years of HR education, preferably supplemented with experience of digitization and change work.
  • Experience: Background from a smaller organization where variety and flexibility are a natural part of everyday life.
  • Traits: Drive and curiosity, unpretentiousness and solution orientation. Ability to contribute to and maintain networks.
  • IT skills: At the forefront of rapid digital developments. Strong interest in digital systems, security issues and technological innovations.
