About the role of HR Manager
As HR Manager at Sparbanken Tanum, you will have a key role in driving and developing our human resources issues, while contributing to the bank's digital and strategic development. The role is broad and dynamic, with great opportunities to influence. You are expected to work both strategically and operationally, which includes both issues in areas such as skills supply, gender equality, diversity and inclusion, commitment, reward, well-being and rehabilitation as well as union relations.
