Isakssons Markteknik is a construction company based in Kalix that since its inception in 2010 has grown from a small family-run business to a modern organization with about 60 employees. We work with the production and sale of aggregates as well as new production and renovation of roads. As Production Manager at Isakssons Markteknik, you will be a central part of our management team and responsible for the operational management of our facilities. You have overall responsibility for personnel, work environment and production. As Production Manager, you will lead a team consisting of site managers, supervisors and transportation managers. The role involves working both strategically and operationally to ensure efficient, safe and profitable production. In the role, you will be responsible for developing production in terms of safety, quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
You will also be an important link in the communication with customers and subcontractors, where requirements and follow-up are part of your work. The work also involves maintaining and developing long-term relationships with employees, customers, suppliers and partners. The production manager ensures that all operations comply with the company's policies and regulations.

Main tasks:

• Production planning at an overall level.
• Personnel responsibility.
• Responsible for ensuring that production complies with applicable policies, procedures and laws.
• Ensure the right skills and training of the staff.
• Drive improvement work and develop work methods.
• Drive and lead the production management team.
• Participate in the company's management team and contribute to the company's strategic work.
• Responsible for HSE work (Health, Safety and Environment), including risk analyses and work environment rounds.
• Budget work and follow-up of financial and production outcomes.
• Represent the company in customer, supplier and partner contacts.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are an experienced leader with a background in construction, civil engineering or production. You have experience of leading teams and are confident in handling human resources issues, from recruitment to appraisals and payroll. We also see that you enjoy working with numbers, follow-up and analysis and have a solution-oriented attitude in an environment where conditions can change quickly.

We believe that you have:

• Relevant post-secondary education.
• Several years of experience as a production manager or equivalent role.
• Experience in leading other managers.
• Documented experience of personnel responsibility and leadership.
• Interest and ability to work with budgets and production analysis.
• Experience of work in construction or construction.
• Driving license B

Other information

Location: Kalix. The service involves travel to our production sites.

Employment form: Full-time with permanent employment and initial probationary employment may be relevant.
