Your tasks

You will be responsible for planning, implementing and following up on our installation projects and upgrades conducted through our service organization. You are expected to manage the projects you lead by working proactively to ensure that lead times and commitments are met to the customer. You will report the status of all project elements in terms of time, cost, progress, issues, risks and opportunities to the Service Manager. In this role you will have a lot of customer contact both in the planning and execution phase of our projects. The work also includes technical document management. Close cooperation internally within design, manufacturing and others within our service organization will be crucial to how we together succeed in our mission.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are used to managing projects and have experience of working with project planning. As a project manager within the service organization, you are also expected to have the ability to provide good service to our customers, enjoy working in a team with people and like to take your own initiatives and decisions when needed. You are stress-resistant and used to keeping many balls in the air. You are used to working in a structured way, following deadlines and good at documenting. You have a good command of spoken and written Swedish and English. Since we work a lot with municipal and government organizations, we would like you to have knowledge of public procurement. If you have completed work environment training Bas-P, Bas-U and have knowledge of construction law, this is a merit.
