What does your working day look like? You have an independent responsibility for customers and consultants within our business areas. The role includes a large sales responsibility towards both new and existing customers. The work places high demands on independence, while working closely with your colleagues. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, i.e. requirements profile taking at the customer, advertising, processing of applications, selection of candidates, in-depth interviews, reference taking, personal assessment and ongoing contact with the customer and candidate. The role also includes being active in social networks and attending recruitment meetings and labor market days. You will be part of a work group characterized by great openness and high team spirit where the importance of helping each other to reach the goal outweighs your individual performance.
