About the role

As a business manager, you are responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers in Norr- and Västerbotten. You will work proactively to identify and develop business opportunities, with a focus on the industrial and construction sectors. The role involves managing the entire sales process - from first contact to contract writing - and contributing to our long-term growth.

Duties include:

  • Calculation and quotation work.
  • Proactive relationship building and business intelligence.
  • Negotiation and contract writing.
  • Participation in group and regional groups.
  • Contribute to developing and improving our services and ways of working.

About you

We are looking for you who have commercial experience and a strong customer focus. You are a relationship builder with a flexible approach and are motivated by doing business and creating value for our customers.

You also have:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
  • Ability to handle the entire sales process, including complex solutions.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
  • Experience of working in the Office package and business systems.

Advantageous:

  • Experience of industrial projects and technical solutions.

  • Location: Luleå.
  • Travel: Approximately 10 days per month
