You will be part of a dedicated team that helps and supports the customer's partners. Your tasks consist mainly of handling incoming phone calls and emails, which can lead to guiding someone right in the IT system, providing support in financial matters, handling system-controlled order reception or providing other forms of support to suppliers and partners in the organization.
You will work in a Nordic organization, which means collaboration with colleagues in Norway and Finland but also with various local departments in Sweden.

There is the possibility of remote work a few days a week when, after introduction and training, you can work more independently.
We are looking for you who are driven by always providing the best service and who have good telephone experience from before.
In this role, we see that you are service-minded, outgoing and careful. You will work in a small team so it is important that you are a team player who sees the team for the self and that you handle working in an office landscape.
We are looking for you who have good computer skills and that you master both Swedish and English in both speech and writing. If you have experience from service professions, customer support and / or sales before, it is meritorious.
