About the position

In the role of salesperson, you will work to drive sales and strengthen our presence in the installation industry, with a focus on the electrical and HVAC sector. You will work strategically and operationally to develop our customer base, create long-term business relationships and identify new business opportunities. Your focus will be on sales, but you will also be an important part of our business development, contributing ideas and insights to strengthen our offering. You will be part of a team of experienced salespeople where you together prioritize development efforts with a focus on the market, the customer or other stakeholders. If advanced technical questions arise, you will be supported by the team in the form of technical sales support. You will learn the software to the extent you need to gain the customer's trust.

Examples of tasks:

  • Identify and contact potential customers in the electrical and plumbing industry via calls, emails, visits, events and fairs. Plan and evaluate sales strategies and activities.
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with existing and new customers. Plan and execute trainings and contribute to the development of the training offering.
  • Conduct product demos, manage quotation, order and delivery processes and collaborate with external stakeholders.
  • Monitor the market, identify business opportunities and provide insights for strategy and product development.

The position is a permanent position based in Skellefteå. You need to be able to communicate both in Swedish and English in speech and writing and since travel to our customers occurs, you need to have a B-driving license.

Your profile

As a person, you are open, curious and social. You have experience in sales and are used to creating and developing long-term customer relationships. You are motivated by achieving results and are responsible for both your own and your team's performance.

  • A structured and solution-oriented with an ability to take responsibility for results.
  • Have experience or knowledge in the installation industry, for example electricity or plumbing.


Of course, experience can look a little different - the most important thing for us is your attitude, your personal qualities and your willingness to grow with us. A little extra meritorious is if you have experience of sales in the IT or installation industry.
