We are looking for a committed and experienced Site Manager for an exciting plant in Norrbotten within stone processing production on behalf of a client. Do you have a background in stone crushing production, experience of leading teams and an ability to keep promises and deliver results? Then this could be a unique opportunity for you!

About the role

As Site Manager, you are responsible for leading, planning and controlling the daily operations with a focus on quality, delivery, finance, work environment and safety. You lead a small team and interact with subcontractors in crushing, transportation and other areas. You report to the supervisor.
Your main tasks:

  • Responsible for resource planning, productivity and cost optimization
  • Comply with environmental regulations and ensure a safe working environment
  • Manage contacts with authorities and comply with applicable legal requirements
  • Operative personnel responsibility, including recruitment and salary setting
  • Contribute to good internal collaboration and comply with company policies

Your profile

We are looking for you who are committed, loyal and structured with a clear focus on keeping your promises. You have a solid experience as Site Manager in similar operations and look forward to developing further in a responsible role. Your leadership is clear and delegating, while following up that activities are carried out according to plan.

To succeed in the role, we look for you to have:

  • Some years of experience in supervisory and site manager responsibilities
  • Knowledge of raw material supply and production processes
  • Ability to deal with regulatory requirements and legislation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bdriving license and access to a car
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and Finnish (the staff are both Swedish- and Finnish-speaking, so this is important)
