About the position
As a site manager at SSEA, you will be responsible for the daily operations on the construction site where you are responsible for leading, planning and following up the work on site. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders. You will also ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and quality requirements.
The site manager builds the project team of supervisors, project engineers, buyers and subcontractors. As site manager, you work in close collaboration with the project manager.
The place of employment is Luleå and the geography is projects in Norr- and Västerbotten.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence various decisions as the company has a flat organization in a medium-sized company that handles a range of exciting projects of varying size and complexity.
Your profile
We are looking for you with a university education in construction and civil engineering, with knowledge of construction law. You have 5-6 years of experience from a similar role in major construction projects and are used to managing major contracts and agreements.
As a leader, you are a confident ambassador for our values and have a structured approach where safety and order are key elements. You are business-minded and have a strong ability to work in and develop your team. Experience of projects in the size range >100 million is an advantage. Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English is a requirement, as well as a B driving license.
