We are now looking for a committed customer service employee for our client in Jönköping for the summer staffing. Have you previously worked with customer service or in a role where customer contact was central? Do you thrive in a fast-paced work environment, are service-oriented and have a good ability to structure and plan your work? Then it might be just you we are looking for!

About the service

In your work as a customer service employee, you will have daily contact with both corporate and private customers via both telephone and email. You will also have contact with colleagues around the country on issues related to tracking packages and the like. Furthermore, you will help customers book pick-up of packages, answer questions regarding goods and also questions about the company's operations.

We are looking for you who

You are a structured and driven person who thrives in a social environment. Delivering service at a fast pace comes naturally to you, and you find it easy to keep order and prioritize when needed. In addition, you work just as well on your own as with others.

In terms of experience, we see that you have worked with some type of customer service and administration and it is meritorious if you have experience of the logistics / transport industry, alternatively you have training in the logistics area. Now you are eager to work with varied customer contact and to help customers with questions and solve their problems. You have good computer skills and have no problem handling phone calls. Furthermore, you handle both Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Location: Jönköping. Possibility to commute by public transport is available.
Working period: About v.23-35
Scope: Monday-Friday daytime.
