About the position:

As a supervisor/coordinator, you plan and coordinate the work on site as well as create and maintain good customer relationships and motivated employees. This role is critical to our success and involves a balance of practical work, administration and good customer relations. Your ability to solve problems, adapt to change and achieve results through collaboration and relationship building is essential.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for you who want to lead a new team and are ready to take on an incredibly important role in our lasting establishment in Norrbotten. As a supervisor / coordinator, we want you to be an unpretentious team player with good leadership skills who not only has technical ability, but also an operational drive. The role requires a high level of on-site presence and an interest in both people and projects.
You will have relevant experience in work management, mobile crane operations, construction, heavy construction equipment or similar, as well as practical and administrative skills.

Your responsibilities include:

Planning and coordination:
Efficient management of our crane and transportation services.

Leadership:
Support and lead our team to ensure the highest possible performance and delivery.

Customer Relations:
Create and manage customer contacts, ensuring their satisfaction and strengthening the company's relationships and platform in the market.

Safety and administration:
Monitor work environment and safety as well as administration and some financial management.

To be relevant for the position, you need:

  • Be able to communicate fluently in Swedish.
  • Be able to speak English.
  • Have experience from similar professional roles and/or industries.

It is meritorious if you:

  • Communication skills in Finnish.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and a strong problem-solving ability.
