As a supervisor, you plan and coordinate the work on site as well as create and maintain good customer relationships and motivated employees. This role is critical to our success and involves a balance of practical work, administration and customer contact. Your ability to solve problems, adapt to change and achieve results through collaboration and relationship building is essential.

We are looking for you who want to lead a new team and are ready to take on an incredibly important role in our establishment in Norrbotten. You are an unpretentious team player with good leadership skills who not only has technical ability, but also an operational drive. The role requires a high presence on site and an interest in both people and projects.

Your responsibilities include:

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of our crane and transportation services, as well as coordinating personnel and machines in the project. You will support and lead the team to ensure the highest level of performance and delivery, whilst developing and retaining existing clients. Your role will also include creating and managing customer contacts to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen company relationships in the market. In addition, you will oversee health and safety and manage administration and some financial management.

To be considered for the role you will need:

• Relevant experience in work management in one of these areas of activity: mobile crane operations, construction, heavy plant or similar.
• Experience of working in project form and used to flexible working hours.
• Good administrative skills.
• Basic knowledge of work environment and personnel responsibility, including labor law.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
• Live in the region and be able to work shifts.

It is meritorious if you:

• Have experience of working with several employers in relevant industries.
• Have post-secondary education in technology, economics, human resources or logistics (YH or similar).
• Have experience working in a multicultural and labor-intensive industry.
• Be fearless and driven with a strong problem-solving ability.
