For our depot in Luleå, we are now looking for a driven supervisor who wants to contribute to the development of our business and our operations.

Havator is a full-service provider of heavy lifting and transportation services. With over 60 years of experience, we specialize in complex lifting with mobile cranes, transport and heavy handling as well as assembly of prefabricated concrete elements. We are both technical consultants in lifting services and perform the service itself. One of Havator's strongest sides is the implementation of various comprehensive solutions together with professional and strong partners.

As a supervisor, you plan, structure and are responsible for the daily operation of the depot in Luleå. You keep in touch with both mobile crane drivers and crane truck drivers as well as with customers and thus make the business grow. The tasks include, among other things:

• Posting/preparing jobs in the business system

You are an experienced leader who enjoys taking responsibility. You build relationships with both customers and employees and enjoy a varied, sometimes fast-paced job. You see the business from a business perspective and can work both independently and in a team. As the work is increasingly digitized, you need to be computer literate and comfortable working in different business systems. You have a background in the contracting, engineering or construction industry.
