QT Systems AB was founded in 2001 and is a hardware and software company based in Lycksele, Norrland's hinterland. Since 2023 we are part of Confirma Software AB. We are currently 20 employees who share a strong interest in technology and a desire to constantly develop.

Our focus areas are electric car chargers, access systems and booking systems. Our main customers are housing associations, and we sell through our dealers. One of our strengths is that all our products and services are developed in-house, which makes us flexible and enables customization. In addition, all of our products and services can be controlled through one and the same app - making it easy for both customers and property owners.

About the position

As a salesperson at QT Systems, you will work to sell our products and services to new customers while nurturing our existing customer relationships. You will:

  • Actively cultivate new customers and resellers

  • Conduct customer visits and participate in trade fairs

  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Work towards sales budget and business goals

We have the ambition to expand our sales from northern Sweden to central and southern Sweden, which means that travel will be a big part of the service.

The location is flexible, for example Umeå, Sundsvall, Östersund or Luleå. If you have any questions on this, you are welcome to contact us.

About you

We are looking for you who have:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in field sales or other type of direct sales

  • Documented good sales results

  • Experience in building and developing customer relationships

  • Bdriving license

  • Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing

If you can show a clear interest in technology and IT, it is a big plus for working with us. If you also have basic knowledge of electronics, you will work better with both customers and suppliers.
