We develop technology, processes and standardized working methods so that more people can enjoy our good bread. We are now looking for process operators for summer substitutes in Älvsbyn.
As a summer substitute in the process operator role with us, you are responsible for controlling and monitoring the various processes after the production line and performing operator maintenance. You will set up and adjust machines, conveyors and monitor the flow after the line. You are responsible for the quality of the products produced. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are self-driven, responsible and cooperative. Continuous improvement is a keyword.
The scope of work is full-time and you will work shifts, which with us means 3 12-hour shifts / week. Both night and daytime shifts are included in the schedule on a rolling basis.
To work as a process operator at Polarbröd, you are at least 18 years old and have technical education at least at upper secondary level (preferably in the engineering program, electrical & automation, industrial program, operating technician / process operator or equivalent) or technical experience from another equivalent industry.
Your commitment and ability to independently use digital tools in your work is a prerequisite for us to be able to develop a world-class bakery together.
It is an advantage if you want to work during both vacation periods, that is, from week 26 through week 33.
We have very limited possibilities to grant substitutes time off during the vacation periods.
Conditions: Salary according to the applicable collective agreement
