Our property portfolio of approximately 50,000 m2 is located in Norr- and Västerbotten and we have both business premises and apartments. As a property manager at Polarrenen, the main focus is to manage and refine properties in a sustainable and efficient way. The goal is proud, safe and healthy employees as well as satisfied and long-term tenants. You will have staff responsibility for a team of 3 property managers and an operations coordinator. In your work, you will work closely with project managers and group support functions and report to the CEO. You will budget, monitor and analyze the finances and energy consumption of the real estate companies with the aim of optimizing the net operating income. You procure goods/services and are responsible for existing and new tenants. The property manager is also responsible for self-inspection, fire protection and compliance with regulatory requirements. We are looking for you who have a relevant university degree or equivalent competence in the field of activity, as well as several years of experience in the technical/financial management of properties. You have a strong ability to build good long-term relationships both internally and externally and are good at motivating and engaging employees. You have at least one year's experience in coaching, managing and developing individuals and groups. A good command of spoken and written Swedish and English is required for the role, as well as very good experience of working in IT and financial systems. As we are a small company, with employees in different geographical locations, it is required that you are energetic and enjoy taking great responsibility for your assignment. This includes working independently and taking your own initiatives for improvements within the framework of your assignment.
