Pediatric and adolescent medicine and habilitation in Piteå is an outpatient clinic. We have committed employees who are passionate about working with children and young people. We are looking for a specialist competent pediatrician with the possibility of prescribing CS medicine.

We are looking for
We are looking for you who have a specialist degree in pediatric and adolescent medicine with good knowledge of the Swedish language. We also see that you have the right to prescribe CS medicine, or can obtain this.

We place great importance on personal characteristics. We are looking for someone who has good cooperation skills and good specialist knowledge. You see the importance of maintaining high quality in your work and have a mature and stable approach. We also see being self-motivated with good initiative as a meritorious quality.

You get to work with this
At the moment, three doctors, four children's nurses, an assistant nurse and two medical secretaries work at the clinic. The reception also includes child and youth rehabilitation. Our working group has a lot of experience and competence. The doctors share tasks in the form of reception, telephone counseling, supervision of younger colleagues and BB rounds. We meet children and young people between the ages of 0-18 with a wide range of illnesses and disabilities. Cooperation with the habilitation is daily, which is why the right to prescribe CS medicine is included.

The work consists for the most part of planned reception, but there is also a small amount of emergency work. We would love for you to contribute new knowledge and new ideas because we have a desire to constantly develop. Good collaboration skills are a must for our small work group to function optimally!

Information about the service
We offer a full-time permanent position and daytime 8-16.30. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position can be filled before the application deadline.
We apply a register check before a decision on employment in accordance with the provisions of the Act (2013:852) on the register check of persons who must work with children.

Region Norrbotten applies individual wage setting according to collective agreements.
