The place is centrally located with everything from cultural experiences, shopping streets and other attractions around the corner. Inside, the interior pays homage to modern art and design, colors that warm and shapes that arouse curiosity - the interior is a small bow to the house's designer, Sven "Mr Funkis" Markelius. After two years of extensive renovations, Scandic Wallin opened in a new suit on March 26, 2025, and it's now time for us to look for more colleagues. What does the role involve? Your tasks are to prepare and serve food and drinks from our bar and to give guests a positive welcome and good service. The role also includes working with additional sales and responsibility for your own cash register. You will of course also support the team at the hotel with other tasks as needed. Who are you? As the first guest you meet in our restaurant and bar, it is of great importance that you have a friendly and warm welcome and are attentive to details and the needs of the guest. You have a passion for food and drink and like order and tidiness, both in your own work and that of your colleagues. All to give the guests a great bar experience. We would like to see that you have experience of serving, bar and simple food handling. Your personal qualities and attitude are the most important thing for us. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests. Information about the position: The service is extra when needed and the work is for evenings and weekends. You report to our Front Office Manager as the bar and reception are together. We only accept applications via our website.
