What does the role involve? Your main role is to deliver a fantastic breakfast buffet and world-class service to our guests every day. Your duties will include cooking, for guests and for hotel staff, preparing, serving and keeping the kitchen and public areas tidy. You are also expected to provide personalized and excellent service to every guest who passes through the breakfast area. You ensure that washing up, cleaning and self-checking are carried out smoothly and in accordance with food policies, concepts, procedures and manuals. Who are you? To be suitable for this role, we believe you will have at least one year of experience in similar work in kitchens and experience in concept-driven operations. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. You need to be responsible, thorough and knowledgeable about food and beverage. Being service-oriented and enjoying interacting with guests and other colleagues is a given.
