We are now looking for a Breakfast host (Frukostvärd/Frukostvärdinna) for Scandic Hallandia. The service is a combined service and will also mean working 1 evening every other week in our restaurant. What does the role involve? Your primary role is to support operations in our food and beverage departments with various operational tasks so that the employees who are closest to the guest can have their full focus on providing world-class service. Your duties include basic food preparation, prep, take-out and keeping the kitchen and public areas tidy. You ensure that washing up, cleaning and self-monitoring run smoothly and in accordance with food policy, concepts and manuals. Who are you? To be suitable for this role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in similar work. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you'll need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result.
