What is your role as Service Host? - Simple cooking, preparation and picking up - Replenishing buffets according to concept - Washing dishes - Cleaning - Keeping the kitchen and public areas tidy - Carrying out self-checks - Comply with Scandic's Food Policy - Follow the concept and manual for F&B - Support for bar, cleaning and self-control - Provide guests with a positive welcome and good service - Planning for arrival - Project management - Complaint handling and possible compensation - Viewings - Providing service to conference guests - Setting up the premises, furnishing - Invoicing - Working on upselling - Keeping the premises clean and tidy Who are you? - A few years of experience in similar work - Good social skills - Unpretentious team player - Good knowledge of Swedish and English. - Computer literate - High ability to provide really good service - Some knowledge of drinks and food - Ability to sell - Knowledge of Simphony and Scorpio - Good knowledge of Office - Preferably additional languages, besides Swedish and English Information about the service: The position is an employment for single days on extra if needed.
