What does the role entail As F&B Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the breakfast, restaurant and kitchen. You are constantly updated and have an eye on the market. You are also responsible for striking the all-important balance between short-term profits and long-term sustainable performance. In this role, you are expected to lead the department with the help of your direct reports and drive our F&B departments forward. Furthermore, the position entails that you: - Work strategically and with target management (including relevant key performance indicators). - Motivates and coaches your staff. - Attracting and recruiting future colleagues. - Being part of the hotel's management team where you are actively involved in the long-term work of the entire hotel. - The role reports to the General Manager. To succeed and thrive in the role You will be expected to have good interpersonal and communication skills and experience in inspiring and building lasting relationships. You also have a good ability to delegate and you promote employees to take responsibility and thus enable them to act proactively and independently. Experiences you bring and share with us - Relevant education and training. - Experience in a management position in the service industry. - Good knowledge of Swedish and English. - experience in budgeting. - good computer skills. - Experience in supervising managers is an advantage.
