You and your managers work together to drive the hotel towards set goals, develop the business, working methods and processes based on Scandic's guidelines. As a manager, you attract, develop and inspire your colleagues to deliver a world-class guest experience and workplace today, tomorrow and in the long term. A key part of your role is to collaborate and network with local stakeholders to position Scandic's brand locally and attract profitable business to Scandic. You will report to the District Director and be part of the team that drives the performance and development of the entire district. You are a strong and confident leader with good self-awareness, high performance drive and developed collaboration skills.
