What does the role of Head Waiter entail? Do you like big events and banquets like us? Do you enjoy meeting guests and leading the team through events and dinners? Then you might be the right person for us! You will work closely with the restaurant manager and are part of the daily work in the restaurant and are the first guest to meet in our restaurant. Therefore, it is of great importance that you have a warm welcome and are attentive to details and the guest's needs. In the role of headwaiter, you are responsible for hosting the entire hotel both towards guests and employees. In addition to being part of the operation, you have the overall overview of the guest flow in the restaurant and at our events and, together with the team, ensure that tasks are prioritized so that the business flows so that the guests are satisfied. You lead and distribute the work and manage the staffing during your shift. If necessary, you are given the opportunity to train new employees at the hotel and you also relieve the Restaurant Manager with some administrative tasks. Who are you? To fit the role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in events and banquets and experience in concept-driven operations. You have both the ability and willingness to work with operational leadership. You are confident in your leadership and have both integrity and sales drive. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result.
