We are now looking for a Property Manager for the hotel Scandic Arvika. What does the role of Property Manager entail? As Property Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the hotel is kept in good condition and is a safe and secure place for guests and colleagues. Scandic is the tenant and is operationally responsible for both the hotel property and the building. You work proactively with fire and safety and carry out preventive and emergency maintenance, both practical and administrative. Sustainability is an important keyword and you work actively to incorporate it further into our working methods. The Property Manager reports to the Hotel Director. - Ensure that regulatory requirements, commitments in lease agreements and that Scandic's concepts and standards are followed - Be Scandic's contact point in technical matters and demarcation towards the landlord - Establish an operation and maintenance plan and plan and participate in the execution of daily operation and maintenance of the hotel - Follow-up of consumption, reporting of environmental data to authorities, Svanen ™ etc - Analysis and efforts for operational optimization of the building's climate system, heating and ventilation. - Budgeting and follow-up - Systematic fire protection work, shell protection and overall safety and security work, training colleagues and new employees in the area Who are you? You have good teamwork skills and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service The role requires experience in technical management and a technical education of at least upper secondary level. You may have an interest in one of the areas of electricity, plumbing or control and regulation technology. You also need to have a good knowledge of fire safety, AFF definitions and property regulations. If you have facility manager training in fire alarms and sprinklers and a certificate in hot work, it is an advantage. In addition, we want you to have good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish and English. _____________________________________________________________ Information about the position: The position is a permanent part-time/full-time position. PROPERTY CARETAKER 50% -> 100%, 1person alt. 2p 50% Your main responsibilities include: -Pool cleaning and maintenance. Daily water quality control, cleaning and ensuring the pool area is clean and welcoming - Garbage management - Efficient and environmentally friendly waste management for the whole property. - Property management - Supervision, repairs and general maintenance of our buildings and outdoor areas, hotel rooms, etc. - Furnishings and events - Helping to set up and re-furnish for events and conferences - General maintenance - Small repairs, simple painting work and keeping the facility in top condition. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We're looking for someone who: - Has experience in property maintenance or similar tasks - Is practical, self-motivated and solution-oriented Have basic knowledge of repair and maintenance. Have a positive attitude and a service-oriented approach - Have a driving license You need to be self-motivated and driven and make sure things get done. Preferably an eye for detail. NOTE: The service can be 2 people at 50%, 1 person at 75% alt. 1 person 100% depending on the applications we receive.
