What does the role of Property Manager entail? As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the hotel is kept in good condition and is a safe and secure place for guests and colleagues. Scandic is the tenant and is operationally responsible for both the hotel's property and the building. You work proactively with fire and safety and carry out preventive and emergency maintenance, both practical and administrative. If you have facility manager training in fire alarms and sprinklers and a certificate in hot work, it is an advantage.
