What does the role involve? As a property manager at Scandic, your main focus is to keep the hotel in great condition for our guests. Scandic is a tenant and is operationally responsible for both the hotel property and the building. The work is largely done in hotel rooms and other guest areas, and there will therefore be many hello's in the corridor to our guests - it is precisely there and then that we demonstrate the good service we have. In your role, you work with daily operations as well as planned and corrective maintenance of the hotel's premises and installations such as doors, locks and furnishings and equipment in hotel rooms, gym, kitchen and restaurant, conference, pool and sauna / relax. Measures to optimize the operation of the building's climate control system, heating and ventilation, consumption readings are also included. Furthermore, the role includes working with the hotel's fire and safety, property operations and maintenance, both preventive and emergency. Sustainability is an important keyword and you are thus actively working to bring it into our working methods further. The business involves some regulatory requirements and you are involved in many of these. Structure, accuracy, drive and flexibility are important qualities, you have an eye for detail and you thrive among people and working in a changing environment. You will report to a Property Manager. Who are you? We are looking for you who have technical training and experience in property management. Some form of post-secondary education is required. You have knowledge in one of the areas of electricity, plumbing or control and regulation technology. Knowledge of fire safety is needed for the position and facility manager training fire alarm & sprinkler is desirable. In addition, you have computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish and English. Information about the position: The position is a permanent full-time position. We apply a probationary period. Your immediate manager will be our Property Manager.
