With our 6 hotels in Malmö - next to popular shopping streets, a stone's throw from the Central Station, just off the E6, a few minutes' drive from Malmö Airport - we welcome thousands of excited guests. Now we are looking for you to join us this summer, ready to give guests an unforgettable experience and make them feel at home the moment they put their bags down in the lobby! Working at the front desk means checking in and out hotel guests, greeting them and providing them with the information they need about their stay. You handle administrative tasks around guests and security. All work is done with guest satisfaction and sales in focus. The hotel is open 24 hours a day, so it is important that you are comfortable working in shifts (mornings, afternoons and weekends). You must be 18 years of age or older and to fit the role, we believe that you have good social skills and can handle many different things happening at the same time. It is very important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel guests. You need to be able to work all weeks between week 27 and week 32 and preferably also other weeks in June and August.
