What does the role of Shift Leader Breakfast/Lunch/Fee mean? You who work in our breakfast is the first guest meets in our restaurant, therefore it is of great importance that you have a warm welcome and are attentive to details and the guest's needs. You have a burning interest in breakfast and details and like order and orderliness, both in your own and your colleagues' work. All to give our guests a great breakfast experience. Your main tasks are our breakfast room but also in the breakfast kitchen sometimes, our lunches and our conference fixings. You also support the team at the hotel with other tasks when needed. In the role of Shift Leader, you are responsible for hosting the entire hotel both towards guests and employees. In addition to being part of the operation, you have the overall overview of the guest flow in the breakfast room and, together with the team, ensure that tasks are prioritized so that the business flows so that the guests are satisfied. You lead and distribute the work and manage the staffing during your shift. Part of your job is to train new employees at the hotel and you also relieve the Food and Beverage Manager with some administrative tasks. Who are you? To fit the role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. You have both the ability and willingness to work with operational leadership. You are confident in your leadership and have both integrity and sales drive. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result.
