What does the role of Shift Leader Breakfast entail? Your main role is to support the operation of our food and beverage departments with various operational tasks so that the employees who are closest to the guest can have their full focus on providing world-class service. Your duties include basic food preparation, prep, take-out and keeping the kitchen and public areas tidy. You ensure that washing up, cleaning and self-monitoring run smoothly and in accordance with food policy, concepts and manuals. In the role of Shift Leader, you are responsible for the hospitality of the entire hotel both towards guests and employees. In addition to being part of the operation, you have the overall overview of the guest flow in the restaurant and, together with the team, ensure that tasks are prioritized so that the business flows so that guests are satisfied. You lead and distribute the work and manage the staffing during your shift. If necessary, you are given the opportunity to train new employees at the hotel and you also relieve the Breakfast Manager with some administrative tasks. Who are you? To be suitable for this role, we believe that you have at least two years of experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. You have both the ability and willingness to work with operational leadership. You are confident in your leadership and have both integrity and sales drive. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result.
