What does the role of Shift Leader Breakfast entail? You work in our breakfast and are the first guest to meet in our restaurant, therefore it is of great importance that you have a warm welcome and are attentive to details and the guest's needs. You have a burning interest in food and drink and like order and orderliness, both in your own and your colleagues' work. All to give our guests a fantastic dining experience. Your main tasks will be to serve food and drinks and to be responsible for the operation on your shifts. You will also support the team at the hotel with other tasks when needed. In the role of Shift Leader, you are responsible for the hospitality of the entire hotel towards both guests and employees. In addition to being part of the operation, you have the overall overview of the guest flow in the restaurant and, together with the team, ensure that tasks are prioritized so that the business flows so that guests are satisfied. You lead and distribute the work and manage the staffing during your shift. If necessary, you are given the opportunity to train new employees at the hotel and you also relieve the Kitchen Manager / Breakfast Manager with some administrative tasks. Who are you? To fit the role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. You have both the ability and willingness to work with operational leadership. You are confident in your leadership and have both integrity and sales drive.
