What is the role of Shift Leader Housekeeping? Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the important task of ensuring that the hotel is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and that our guests have a "wow" feeling when they enter the hotel and their hotel room. Your main tasks are cleaning of hotel rooms, corridor, kitchenette and public areas of the hotel. You handle laundry and restock supplies. Of course, you will support the hotel team with other tasks as needed. In the role of Shift Leader, you are responsible for the hospitality of the entire hotel both towards guests and employees. In addition to being part of the operation, you have the overall overview of the workflow in the team. You work with the team to prioritize tasks so that the business flows so that guests are satisfied. You lead and distribute the work and manage the staffing during your shift. Some days involve room cleaning. If necessary, you will be given the opportunity to train new employees at the hotel and you will also relieve the Housekeeping Manager with some administrative tasks. Who are you? To be suitable for this role, we believe that you have at least two years of professional experience, as well as experience in guest relations and service operations. You have both the ability and willingness to work with operational leadership. You are confident in your leadership and can express yourself well in Swedish. To thrive in the role, you also need to be thorough and have an eye for detail. It is important that you have a good physique, are flexible and have good collaboration skills, as all employees are jointly responsible for the guest's experience. You spread good energy around you and are a caring colleague. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and your attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you are able to convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests. Information about the position: The position is a permanent part-time position. We apply a probationary period. Your immediate manager will be our Housekeeping Manager. The position includes day shifts during weekdays and weekends. Some evenings may occur.
